1. Do you restock watches that are currently sold out?

- While we generally do not restock watches that have sold out due to their unique nature, there are occasions when we may be able to restock certain watches if we happen to find similar pieces. However, this is not guaranteed, and it largely depends on availability in the vintage market. We recommend purchasing your desired watch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

2. How rare are the watches you offer?

- The majority of our watches come from an era when they were no longer being manufactured, typically dating back to the 1920s-1990s, making them inherently rare and difficult to find in pristine condition. While some watches might be comparatively easier to come by, please note that rarity varies, and we cannot guarantee availability.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

- Yes, we provide worldwide shipping, allowing vintage watch enthusiasts from across the globe to enjoy our unique pieces. Shipping times typically take about 30 business days for international orders, while orders within Canada and the USA typically arrive within 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that shipping prices may vary based on the destination country, and local customs fees may apply, for which we are not responsible.

4. How are watches packaged for shipping?

- If a watch comes with its original box, we will ship it in that box, along with an additional protective layer. Watches that do not come with their original boxes will be securely wrapped, ensuring their safety.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

- Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, given the unique nature of vintage watches and the effort we invest in their restoration. We strive to accurately represent each watch's condition and history and encourage you to reach out with any questions before making a purchase. Please refer to refund policy for more information.

6. How often do you add new watches to your collection?

- Our inventory is always changing as we curate and source new vintage watches. We recommend following us on social media or subscribing to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest additions to our collection.

7. How can I get in touch if I have more questions?

8. Do you replace batteries? 

-We test the watches to ensure that they work but we do not replace the batteries. We keep the old batteries in the watch so that the new owner would know the size. We test all the watches and they all work unless specified on the description. 

9. Where are you located?

- We are located in both Paris, France, and Toronto, Canada.

10. Damages during transit or lost package.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages or lost parcels during transit. If you encounter any issues, we recommend reaching out to your local post office for assistance. They will be better equipped to address and resolve any concerns regarding the delivery of your package. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
